Chocolate Tofu Pie

Firm Silken Tofu, 12 Ounces
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 12 Ounces
Chocolate Almond Milk, 1/2 Cup
Almond Butter, 1/2 Cup
Premade Pie Crusts, 2 Crusts
Flaky Salt, to taste

Ingredients
- 12 ounces firm silken tofu
- 12 ouces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 premade pie crusts
- Flaky salt
Directions
- Bake pre-made pie crusts, if needed, and cool
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 20-30 second intervals. Stire between each interval. Chocolate should be smooth and melted thoroughly. Set aside.
- Combine melted chocolate, silken tofu, chocolate almond milk, and almond butter in a blender.
- Pour mixture on cooled pie crusts. Add flaky salt for more flavor.
- Set the pies in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or overnight.
- Serve & enjoy!
